Terms and Conditions

General Information

These terms cover events, services, ticket sales, and webinars organized by QX World Kft., and are accepted upon purchase.

Product Purchases

Direct product sales are arranged via email, requiring advance contact, a written offer, and advance bank transfer payment before shipment.

Ticket Purchases

Purchasing a ticket through our website requires providing your name, billing details, email, and phone number.

Online Webinars

Tickets can be purchased up to one hour before a webinar starts. Recordings are available free shortly after the session, with paid access to the live material afterward.

Ticket Prices & Refunds

In-person tickets include meals and event access. Refunds are available with a 10% fee if cancelled 30+ days in advance; no refunds are given after that point.

Participation Rules

Respectful conduct is required; video recording by attendees is prohibited; QX World may exclude disruptive participants without refund, and reserves the right to record photo/audio for promotional use.

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation or change requests are processed via email within three business days.

Data Management

Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy and shared with third parties only when legally required.

Miscellaneous

QX World reserves the right to modify or cancel events due to force majeure, and disclaims liability for personal belongings at events.
